Pink Punkie Bread

aka Monkey Bread!
But, in honor of my Punkie we renamed it!

It's super easy peeze to make!

What you'll need...
 1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbs of hot pink sugar sprinkles
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cans of biscuits
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, if desired
1/2cup raisins, if desired
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 drops of pink food coloring

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease pan with shortening or cooking spray. 
mix granulated sugar, cinnamon & hot pink sprinkles in a bowl or mixing bag. 
2. Separate dough and cut each into quarters. Shake in bag to coat. Arrange in pan, adding walnuts and raisins among the biscuit pieces.
3. Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
 4.In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, add the powdered sugar a cup at a time until smooth and creamy, beat in the vanilla extract & pink food coloring.
5. Pour over the Punkie Bread & Serve!!

I think Mommy's goober was so super excited about it ;0)
 She was so excited her arms and legs we're moving a mile a minute 
& her blankie flipped on her head, well she just thought that was the funniest thing ever LOL
